What is Veelo?
Veelo is a sales performance platform that combines brain science and machine learning to deliver the perfect talking points, sales content and coaching to users in the moment they need it. Veelo is a software as a service (SaaS) platform and is available on any device.
How much effort to get started/launched?
Set up time varies depending on the subscription. It takes approximately 2-4 hours for Basic, 4-8 hours for Premium and 10-12 hours for Enterprise subscriptions. This includes planning, CRM install (if applicable), basic admin and content training, user add, content mapping and dashboard set up. Veelo provides onboarding support, getting started materials, training and samples/templates for user communication and adoption.
What level of support is provided after launch?
Veelo provides account management support and customer admin support. In addition, a full knowledge center with video/job aid tutorials is available for reference.
Does Veelo allow controls for setting different roles and permissions?
Yes, Veelo includes the ability to control content viewed by group (e.g., team, partner, division) as well as role type. In addition, permissions can be managed to control view only, download and sharing of content.
How does content search work?
Veelo provides a full index search on the file and metadata with the technology that weighs components of the index (e.g., matching titles show first). In addition, relevance, popularity and faceted search allows users to browse and narrow down content based on key word entry.
How do predictive recommendations (Guided Selling®) work?
Veelo’s Guided Selling® predictively recommends content to the sales user based on recognition of context, tags and a proprietary machine learning algorithm. As the sales organization uses the system, usage such as popularity, favorites, ratings, search results, share results and content used in won deals influence frequency of content recommendation.
Does Veelo offer ability to search across multiple content repositories?
Veelo offers out of box content sync with industry common repositories. Communication to an external content repository is accomplished through API calls over the web. All calls are read-only and allow Veelo to query the list of folders and files and their metadata based on the account used to connect to the system. If the source file changes in the external content repository, Veelo uses the latest metadata and re-indexes it.
What type of type of reporting detail is available?
Veelo provides a variety of standard and trend reports that include content usage by sales rep and prospect/customer: including opens, views, favorites, shares, forwards, downloads, ratings and feedback. In addition, Veelo offers training reports and revenue metrics reports correlating usage by sales stage, opportunity and won deal pending the package.
How does Veelo support partners?
Veelo offers a microsite option for stand-alone partner portals or can embed as an iframe in an existing partner portal/page. Full content management, intelligent search, Guided Selling® technology, reporting and single sign on features are available.

Does Veelo support email integration for finding and sharing content?
Veelo currently supports Gmail integration. Outlook integration is coming in 2017.
Which iOS and Android versions are supported?
Veelo supports iOS 9 and 10 and Android 5 and 6 in addition to a mobile web version.
Does Veelo include content authoring tools?
Yes, Veelo includes a content authoring and editing wizard to assemble dynamic micro-training modules including audio, video, graphics, PPT slides, knowledge checks, drag/order, flashcards and more.
How does memory reinforcement work?
Veelo allows administrators to assign memory boost sequences (short recall and action exercises) for periodic reinforcement of key concepts and training. In addition, administrators can lock and sequence information progressively for users.
Does Veelo provide quiz/testing/certification features?
Yes, full quiz/testing functionality is included with Veelo, including multi-language support.
Does Veelo support multi-language?
Yes, Veelo content creation and sending supports over 80 languages.
